Green Valley was Henderson's first large master-planned community. Planning began in the 1970s and the first neighborhoods opened in 1978, followed by Green Valley South in the mid-1980s. Decades of growth since then have filled the area with villages and subdivisions, from The Fountains and Hillsboro Heights to the Village of Fox Ridge, Silver Springs and the Legacy neighborhoods, with Green Valley Parkway running through the middle like a spine.

That history shows. Green Valley has some of the most mature landscaping in Henderson, with tall trees, established yards and wide, quiet streets. It also has a mix of homes from different decades, so some driveways are long and shaded while others are short and in full sun. We plan each visit around what your home offers. Detailing needs we see in Green Valley

Trees and what falls from them. Mature trees are lovely shade, but sap, pollen, leaves and bird droppings land on the cars parked under them. Sap and droppings can mark paint if they're left to bake in the sun, so regular washing and a good protective layer matter more here than in newer, treeless neighborhoods.
